About the programme
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The programme addresses eight key areas to drive targeted learning and a strong prognosis for positive change, providing practitioners with measured outcomes and in depth understanding of an individual’s background, values and decision making abilities. Participants develop their understanding of behaviours and associated consequences of positive and negative decision making and discover positive pro-social activities that helps to build resilience to make well informed choices.

HOW IS IT DELIVERED?
The Foundation operates a multifaceted approach to delivering the Full Circle Programme as the licensed training centre.
Fully trained practitioners are qualified to deliver the programme to children and young people only.
We provide fully resourced practitioner training to approve and certify external professionals who work with children and young people so they can deliver the programme within their own settings. This ensures professionals understand and apply best practice to achieve the best outcomes, and helps them identify at‑risk individuals at an early stage – before attitudes and behaviours become entrenched.
In response to demand, primarily from education settings, we have developed tailored, intensive one‑to‑one mentoring for those most at risk from the root causes of serious youth violence. Our mentors provide consistent, trusted support and practical guidance, often acting as the only stable adult in a young person’s life for up to 12 weeks.
We also deliver trauma‑informed, targeted, interactive group workshops covering knife crime, critical wound management (UrbanAid) and each of the programme’s identified root causes of youth offending. These workshops are designed to be practical, engaging and directly relevant to the settings that request them.

Fantastic, fun (where appropriate) and very informative. It was so easy for me to understand. As a DSL this information will be vital to me when dealing with issues in school.
