This is not another parenting programme.

Parents and carers receive plenty of support when children are young, but what about when those children become teenagers?

Today’s young people face increasing pressures: social media, peer influence, exploitation, violence, and online harms. Yet many parents and carers tell us they feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure where to turn for practical support.

    Raising Resilient Teens is different.

That’s why Full Circle Training Services developed it, created in collaboration with the James Brindley Foundation to raise vital funds for the charity’s continued work in communities right across the West Midlands.

Our Raising Resilient Teens Programme is designed to support parents and carers in understanding some of the complex challenges young people may face today. The programme provides families with knowledge, practical strategies, and confidence to help guide their children through difficult situations and reduce the risk of involvement in harmful behaviours.

Through immersive, activity-led sessions, parents and carers will explore the important and sometimes serious issues young people face today. Our programme blends thoughtful, practical exercises with facilitated group discussions to encourage shared learning and peer teaching. Expect a hands-on, fun and engaging experience that delivers fresh perspectives and real-life strategies you won’t find in other standard workshops.
